En la mañana nos fuimos para el parque olimpico en Stratford
para tratar de conseguir boletas para alguno de los eventos, pero fue
imposible; no pudimos ni entrar al parque olimpico. La seguridad y las politicas de que el que no tiene boletas
para alguno de los eventos no entra al parque olimpico, nos hizo la vida
imposible y no pudimos ver nada.
Lo unico fue que estuvimos horas en internet en un mall cercano tratando
de conseguir boletas, pero fue imposible.
Pudimos ver un poquito del parque olimpico desde un almacen en el centro
comercial y no mas……..que rabia!
En la tarde decidimos tratar de ver si se podian conseguir
boletas en otro estadio, asi que fuimos a Excel, pero lo mismo……..que por
internet unicamente.
Por la noche nos fuimos a amanece en la casa de Alvaro, un
amigo Colombiano que vive en Londres.
Tratamos de comprar boletas otra vez en internet pero fue
imposible. Claro que nos dijeron
que todos los dias ponian boletas para mas eventos, asi que habia que mirar
diario.
In the morning we went to the Olympic park in Stratford to
see if we could get some tickets for any of the events, but it was impossible;
we couldn’t even enter into the Olympic park. The security and the policy is that if you do not have a
ticket for an event you do not get in, made it impossible to see anything. We stayed for hours in internet in a
mall next to the Olympic park trying to get tickets but it was impossible. We could see a little bit of the Olympic
park through a window in one of the stores in the mall……..what a disappointment!
In the afternoon we decided to try another venue to see if
we could get tickets, so we went to Excel, but it was the same……..tickets could
only be purchased online.
At night we went to sleep in Alvaro’s house, a Colombian
friend living in London. We tried
to purchase tickets online again but it was impossible. Somebody told us that everyday they
were releasing tickets for other events, so we needed to check everyday.
