Dia 202 / Day 202 - January 20/2012

Today we enjoyed the sea and our private beach.  The sea is crystal clear and we could see lots of fish swimming around us, we also saw rays, snails, etc.  Unfortunately Marce was stung by jellyfish and we could not spend more time in the water.

In the afternoon we left for Muscat, but first we passed by the mangove lagoon and we stopped in Qantab, another beautiful town surrounded by rocky mountais.

When we arrived in Muscat we went to the beach before going to say goodbye to Ajit and leave for the airport.

Today we flew from Muscat to Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Unfortunately we did not spend as much time in Oman as we would have liked it.  It is a beautiful country, still virgin from waves of tourists.  We felt very welcome into Oman since the very beginning, starting with the inmigration officer that gave us the visa for free, then the bus driver that dropped us off very close to the place we needed and continuing with the taxi driver that kept saying “Welcome to my country”.  The people are great and like to talk to the tourist and interact as much as possible.  Definitely a place to visit again!
