Dia 136 / Day 136 - November 15/2012

Como si la tortuta de ayer por la Costa Amalfitana no hubiera sido suficiente, decidimos ser masoquistas y hacer el recorrido otra vez pero llegando hasta Salerno.  Hay que tomar dos buses, uno de Sorrento hasta Amalfi y alli cambiar para llegar a Salerno.  A pesar de las condiciones de la carretera, es uno de los recorridos mas bonitos y con unos paisajes espectaculares.

Llegamos a Salerno a medio dia y dejamos las maletas en el hostal.  Salimos a caminar por la ciudad y comimos en un restaurante local con una comida excelente.

Like if yesterday’s torture around the Costa Amalfitana was not enough, we decided to take the bus again to get to Salerno.  We had to take 2 buses, one from Sorrento to Amalfi where we changed to another bus that took us to Salerno.  Although the road was very scary this is one of the best road trips we have done so far, the scenery is simply spectacular.

We arrived in Salerno at noon and left the backpacks at the hostel and went for a walk around the city.  We had dinner at a local restaurant with excellent food.
