Noviembre 23 / November 23

After a great night at Lake Ianthe we drove to Hokitika Gorge.  From there we went to do caving at Castle Hill.  Caving was a great experience, there is a high risk involved in it but we were able to complete the walk of 530 meters from beginning to end.  It is to be noted that there is a freezing cold water river running through the cave!  The way to do this walk is against the current which makes it a lot harder.

Today we arrived in Ashburton and we are staying in Jorge’s farm; the idea is to try to sort out all those boxes we mentioned a few days ago.
